COVID-19 POLICIES

As a result of Covid-19, there will be various mandatory protocols/procedures. Due to the nature of Permanent Makeup/Cosmetic Tattoo Artists' work, we have always practiced universal precautions to protect against infection control. We are trained in infection/disease control and are trained how to properly clean/disinfect/sanitize. With health and safety protocols already in place, additional protocols have been added to protect against Covid-19.

Prior to your procedure:

  • All consultations will be done via email/online.

  • If you are exhibiting any symptoms of Covid-19, have been exposed to anyone that may have had Covid-19 or if you have been traveling out of state/country, we respectfully require that you move your appointment to at least 14 days after your original appointment.

  • All clients must fill out the Covid-19 Form prior to their procedure. If you wish to print/complete this form at home, you can find it HERE. You must bring it with you on the day of your appointment, or else you will be asked to complete the forms at the shop, prior to your procedure.

  • If you wish to print/complete the other mandatory client consent forms at home, you can find them HERE. You must bring these forms with you on the day of your appointment, or else you will be asked to complete the forms at the shop, prior to your procedure.

Guest Guidelines:

  • The door will be locked, so you will not be allowed into the building until the time of your appointment.

  • Prior to entering the building, you will have your temperature taken with a contact-less thermometer (anyone with a temperature over 100°F, will be asked to leave and have their appointment rescheduled).

  • All guests must wear a mask when entering the building and during the procedure.

  • Hand-washing/hand sanitizer will be used upon entering the building.

  • Client's may not repeatedly exit/enter the shop, unless of an emergency.

  • No guests are allowed to accompany clients (only the artists and their clients are allowed in the building).
